Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Laylah Kildey has been smiling since the day she was born; she is the perfect bubbly, friendly personality to be the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of Leading Realty when people phone or visit the office and is an invaluable help to the sales and property management team providing first-class administrative support.
Laylah joined Leading Realty whilst undergoing a traineeship in Business Administration, and knew from day one, this is where she wanted to be; she impressed her colleagues so much they offered her a permanent job on completion, and she is very much an integral part of this boutique business. Prior to real estate Laylah was a beauty therapist who ran her own successful business, so she is fully aware of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and forward-thinking.
A former Sunshine Coast Grammar graduate, Laylah is a fifth generation Sunshine Coast local, so has an abundance of knowledge about the area and a passion for the lifestyle and benefits it offers residents and investors. When not working, Laylah enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and is quite the ‘foodie’, a lover of dining out and fine cuisine.
